Very satisfied. It's one of the few inverters in this power class that actually has an AC input and switches from that to battery instead of just an inverter, what a big one! It also charges batteries when connected to AC power with a SPECIAL ON/OFF charge circuit switch, which is important if you are using non-lead acid batteries! We really appreciate the quality/thought that went into it! I'm using this for an RV I'm building to power a microwave, mini fridge and small air conditioner and I needed the ability to connect an external power supply to conduct power and charge and it's impressive! I just want to disable or adjust the low voltage alarm - I used a smaller 50Ah battery for testing and ran a 700w/1000w microwave and the voltage drop across the smaller battery was enough to cause a low voltage/ to trigger low battery with a high tone until the microwave finishes, even if the battery was fully charged and the voltage drop was caused by the load. Even then. I get it, and it was my error in choosing the right battery size, so it alerted me to a potential problem, so in a way it was a positive. And on top of that, it's a pure sine wave! Great. Note: the picture doesn't convey the full weight of this thing, it's a lot bigger than I expected so keep that in mind when planning where you're going to place it!
