The product has met my expectations! I hooked it up to a 12v marine battery and hooked up 2 high end PCs, an iMac and 2 servers because I've had a lot of power outages. I have tested by turning off at least 4 times and running for half an hour to drain the battery to 50 percent and when I reconnect the inverter to power it will recharge and hold the battery next time charged. All PCs and servers work as if the power had never been switched off. No distortion in monitors or anything like that…

Very satisfied. It's one of the few inverters in this power class that actually has an AC input and switches from that to battery instead of just an inverter, what a big one! It also charges batteries when connected to AC power with a SPECIAL ON/OFF charge circuit switch, which is important if you are using non-lead acid batteries! I don't recommend the device. I bought this to provide backup power to my sump pump in case we lose power during a storm. When I got the first one it was dead out of the box. Won't turn on, no light, nothing. Returned for another. The second seemed fine. After making the necessary power connections to the battery and home grid, I got all the lights right and checked the AC outputs with an AC tester. But further testing revealed other problems.
