It's easy for team members, quick to set up within existing CRM tools like Salesforce. The platform works smoothly across all platforms (desktop/mobile). My only issue with this solution was we had trouble integrating it into our custom mobile solutions until an update came out allowing us full integration between aWorkbooks and Mobirise. We noticed immediate results from implementing (and training) teams on how they can use simple templates in the field using aWorkbook. Currently running trials of aSalesforce integration as well which offers additional benefits but will take longer. Having the ability to track lead activity so managers see what needs to be done next or follow-up once at certain points through their campaign process helps reduce lost opportunity costs and makes customer communication much easier. I love how easy it was for me as an Account Manager to use this software, everything from creating my own custom content to uploading images to using the auto-populate feature with our products. There were some minor bugs here and there but nothing too major. The customer service team at AWorkbook are very helpful when you have questions or concerns about your account. We used Aworkbook to help us keep track of all our customers' appointments so we could easily see where they came in contact with us.
