Product works but not as good as the original

I thought the product was a fault because it didn't pull the top latch at first because the handle didn't move as much as the original. Turns out you can adjust the top cable to open the door. I'm only giving 3 stars because the lever actually barely moves compared to the old one, but it does the job.
