It helped me out of a jam, but I wouldn't use this every day.
It's not the same as the Withings wristband. It feels different. It makes my wrist smell funny at the end of the day. It wears kind of oddly -- doesn't really sit well on my wrist. It helped me out of a jam, but I wouldn't use this every day.
