No brush and very rough on teeth and gums!

Product description is misleading: It's not really a brush - it doesn't have bristles like a regular toothbrush. It consists of individual plastic protrusions. It would be helpful if this fact was pointed out in the product description! I love the idea of interchangeable heads, but this plastic is tough and VERY rough on teeth and gums! I can't use it at all.
