I was impressed with the quality of this skirt for the money. I love that you can pull it up to make it shorter or longer in the front. The skirt has a very high waist, so keep that in mind when shopping for a matching shirt. I have a slightly loose waist. My waist is 26 inches and I ordered a size small. There is a zipper on the side, but there is no option to tighten the waist. Being so small I thought it would be a bit big so I'm not worried. I'm just going to pin it in the back to make it a little cozier. I bought it for Halloween so I'll post some pics of how it looks as soon as the day comes.
