Two issues make my Viewsonic VG2448-H2 dual monitor purchase deeply disappointing. I bought these two monitors from Triplenet Pricing INC on Revain because they are advertised with Display Port (DP) connectors, which is required for them to be daisy chained. . Upon unpacking, I found that each has only one DP connector and cannot be daisy-chained. This restriction must be stated in the product description. I then found out that the seller of Triplenet Pricing INC does not follow Revain's return policy. Their policy states: "Opened and/or used items cannot be returned unless the item is defective; A restocking fee of up to 50% will apply to returned used items. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping and return costs incurred as per TripleNet pricing will be deducted from your refund." non-refundable. I have sent a message to Triplenet Pricing INC to clarify what their estimated fees are and received no response. I hope this information will relieve others of the limitations of this monitor and the seller, Triplenet Pricing LLC.
