Wouldn't buy again Good for Intake Manifold

Intake doesn't clear, have tried both Factory Valley Cap and ICT Cap but still hits. I do not know what I'm doing wrong. There is no space for a card sensor. If anyone sees what I'm doing wrong please let me know.
