Looks and feels like good quality. Installed with a new oil pan. Prepare the surface without oil, add RTV (Honda Bond) in the recommended places, tighten the nuts and bolts according to the recommended specifications and the drawing. I even ran all the track bolts and nuts. Wait at least 24 hours before adding oil. Oil refilled and the next day started as usual. Milestones stood on body work stands for several months. 5 days (today) and I see a quarter sized oil stain on cardboard. Look down and the gasket is leaking on the back of the block. I cleaned it, examined it and made sure it wasn't something else, it was a gasket. I'll take it off and see what the problem is. The factory torque specifications may be too high as this washer is twice the thickness of the OEM.
