Review on 💾 TC SUNBOW 500GB Portable SSD USB 3.0 External Solid State Drive with NAND Flash by Maurice Jimenez

This SSD looks cool, is small and compact, making it ideal for travel. I received it in July 2020. When it works properly, the reading and writing speed is fast. I use it to transfer large files between my computers. If your files are larger than 1GB, it is recommended to transfer 2 files at a time. When transferring several large files, the speed sometimes drops into the single digits. My problems started after about 2 months of use (after the 30 day return period). When I disconnect from one computer and connect to another, I get an error message saying my hard drive needs to be scanned and repaired. If I don't check this, no new files appear. At first this only happened occasionally. Now that happens quite often. I stopped using the drive because it is not reliable. I contacted the company and they basically told me it was user error. I'm not worried about that as I got it for a good price on one of those "flash deals".
