The ability to see what your competition has in their profile makes me more confident that I am targeting the right people, rather than just guessing at it. It's not very intuitive or user friendly when you're first joining up with them but once they put some thought into how things are set out its great! Some of our leads have come from this platform so far which we weren't expecting as well because there aren't many ways other companies can get connected directly via email/phone etc (as opposed through social media).
