Review on πŸ₯„ Cuisipro Silver Stainless Steel Measuring Spoon Set - Standard Size by Monica Miller

Not my favorite for the kitchen and dining room

I bought these because they were the best ATK shovels. I'm not happy with them. Advantages: - Durability and high quality - Thin but strong 18/8 stainless steel - PRECISION! - Narrow handle where shovel meets handle - Oval spoons fit more spice jars. The tablespoon is 36mm wide so it will fit some large spice jars but not a Spice Island spice jar or a McCormick glass spice jar. larger containers - Extremely unbalanced when the spoons are removed from the rings. I don't like measuring spoons that stay connected during use because if you have to measure out oil/sticky substances with a tablespoon, all the other measuring spoons get dirty/sticky easily. I throw the rings away and put them in a small box in my desk drawer. Try it. It will change your life unless you use these spoons because then it will be very inconvenient because they are designed to be glued together. No 1/2 tablespoon and 3/4 teaspoon. These are really common measurements in ATK recipes. It would be nice if they were included. But then they become very unwieldy if you hold them together (which you should do due to their imbalance). The oval shape is a bit more complex than rounded spoons. It doesn't matter, but the round ones are a bit easier to work with - the downside is they don't fit as many spice jars. (PS, if you want spice jars that actually hold a tablespoon, even a rounded one, get a 6-ounce Paragon jar with a 53mm lid.)

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Ratio Set
