I bought this for travel. I needed a Windows based system with a USB port so I could use flash drives as I use them for work. Like others I was a little apprehensive but for the price I decided to give it a try. I tried two keyboards but chose the Microsoft keyboard cover as it is thin and light. Pros: Pretty easy to use (I use a laptop with a PC, but I use iPads). The crossing wasn't that difficult, although my children couldn't help me. I like the big screen - for a tablet, it's big enough to work on. Least Good: Microsoft, are you listening? Plugging into a charger is ridiculously inefficient. I have to plug it back in and be absolutely sure I don't move the computer AT ALL or it will lose connection. How about a USB CHARGER? Speaking of which, how about a full-size SD port? Fix them and it will be much better. One more thing, while I love the keyboard case and it's great for travel, I find the touchpad very difficult to use. The keys are a bit cramped, so I make a lot of typos. For extensive work it is better to use another keyboard. All in all, once I got the hang of it, it met my needs (and the instructions aren't too helpful). I hope Microsoft fixes the badly designed parts - then it will be a great product.
