Review on MASTERCOOL 91496 Brass Remover Installer by Robert Viher

This is the second tool I have purchased from the same company. The problem is that there is a tiny WEAK hollow roll pin at the tip of the core puller that locks it in place. After installing the 4 valve cores, the tip was already loose and I had to put the kingpin back in. This company DESTROYS people! It's common sense when customers keep complaining about the same thing, FIX IT! Oh wait a minute. I understand why they make such a product. After visiting their website I found that they sell TIP and ROLLER PIN. You know why? This is because they KNOW this is a common problem and THEY LOVE the PROBLEM. Because the replacement tip and roll pin cost HALF the cost of the complete tool. WHY can't the tip be welded or screwed onto the tool shank? WHY ? I HATE this company and I hate this tool. By the way, if you think you can just find a solid needle and stick it in, good luck. I tried that and bent the tip which is aluminum. I also tried soldering the tip and it melted the entire tip. DO NOT BUY . UNLESS you plan to use this tool ONCE, then toss it in the trash!
