This software is easy to use, it's very intuitive for me as I am not an expert in programming or computers at all! It gives you quick access from anywhere when using internet connection without having any complicated installation process which would require additional training time of your own personal trainer/coach etc., just go through tutorials available online once before actually downloading this program if that makes sense? You can do so much with flow logs viewer; i have been able help identify what causes my customers' problems while working remotely by viewing their flows. Also helps troubleshoot issues where there are slowdowns during peak hours especially after work days (Sunday).
