Very limited information on how to "install" the rubber bands, how to progress through them, etc. I am an occupational therapist, so I can use my clinical reasoning skills how to use this with a client, but I fear for people who are just buying it and using it at home. WIsh it came in a zipper bag or pouch for storage, as I don't want to lose the bands.
- Good exerciser for hand
- May not be effective for improving finger dexterity
