Review on HROS Onboarding by Eric Weber

I love how easy it was for my husband and me, who do not have computer or technology knowledge at all (let alone IT),to get up-and running in HROs onboarding! We were able to use their support team right away as we had questions about setting everything out so that our employees will be successful when they begin working here. The benefits of this software are many - from ease of set up/use through ongoing implementation. You can also make changes easily once you know your way around the program, which makes things easier than ever before if something needs changing down the road. They offer training videos for free online for any question one may might ask during setup so there's no need even to email them unless necessary; however, I felt like some areas could benefit more by having additional instructions available offline rather than relying solely upon video tutorials. It has made onboarding much less daunting since now both myself AND my husbands background aren't technical either!
