The customer support team has been very responsive to all of our requests, questions we have had since working with them for over 2 years now! They are always quick at replying back via email or chat when needed as well (even after hours). We've used this software from day 1 in 2015 until today - never any issues so far. I love how easy it was set up initially by their sales representatives upon request during trial run before signing off contract agreement & purchase order/sales invoice payment received! Their services were absolutely worth every penny spent due solely bcoz they made sure everything went smoothly without too much hassle along wth timely delivery date which met expectations perfectly!!
