They work very well and really live up to their claims. I've had them for a few months now and use them several times a week. The lower part is adjacent to the tabletop and does not allow it to move while cutting. They are flexible to change shape as you move cut items into the pot/pan. We hand wash them and also put them in the dishwasher and the plastic material is still holding up (no cracks or warps). The reason for their choice is the smaller size (Revain considers them medium). If this continues for several years, it will exceed my expectations.
