Emulsified very easily with VCO to prevent it with composition

I've been eating this goat whey for two years now and really appreciate that it's just one ingredient. only use one scoop per serving - that's enough protein for me - and it tastes nice and bland without being overly "goaty". At first the powder didn't mix with the liquid. me. Mix it with oil first to emulsify the powder. =) If you are using oils in any of your goat whey recipes, this solution makes adding whey very easy. Feel free to experiment with this idea. Feel free to comment and let others know how it works for you. or if you have another idea. I do three 16 ounce cans at a time. Keep the ones I use in the closet. and keep two extra in the fridge, although I may or may not need it. Into a 16 ounce container (I use a 2 cup wide mouth jar to scoop out easily) pour warmed/melted extra virgin coconut oil by about half or a little more. Then add Naked Goat Whey in small 1/4 cup portions and stir gently until combined. Keep doing this until the mixture is the desired thickness, which for me is still stirred but quite thick. The coconut oil will solidify again as it cools. I use a warm spoon to pick it up. If it's really thick, I stick in a paring knife to cut a few pieces into the amount I want. I drink it mainly as a warm milk drink with stevia and Ceylon cinnamon. this tastes close to "warm cocoa" since I'm not eating cocoa or cocoa right now. 300 ml very warm water, 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder and 2 heaped tablespoons oil/whey mixture.
