Depressing communication with the Samsung service on Hong Kongskaya. The watch was purchased on September 20, 2022. On September 3, they stopped showing signs of life. They were put in for repair. At first, they did not want to repair them under warranty, since according to internal documents, the sale date was August 31. After presenting the check, the watch was taken for warranty repair, but the next day they offered to repair it for 19 thousand, with the price of new ones right there in the store 16. Now the reason is that the watch is not growing. Why it didn’t turn out right away when I received it for repair is unclear, and of course I’m not a supporter of conspiracy theories, but the failure of the watch a year and two days after the date of sale, according to Samsung, is just a very strange coincidence. All documents are on hand, I can document everything.

Cons

Don't trust the advertised opening hours. Two days never work. For good, you need to charge, like a phone, once a day. Extremely unstable turn-on function at the turn of the wrist. During the day it will work once out of three, but at night it illuminates the bedroom at the slightest movement.
