A good product! for kitchen and dining room
I am new to fermentation and this kit helped me to make my first sauerkraut as well as many fermented fruit drinks with pineapple, ginger, mint and also my first beet kvass. None of them have mold. I also use these lids to store and store coffee in the freezer. Just be careful not to screw them too tight. Then it will be very difficult to remove it. You can also use this to make fermented hot sauces. Overall a good product, the pump can only be used in the later stages of the fermentation. Seriously recommended!
