I increased the size by 1/2 and am glad I did.
I have several pairs of 5 dozen. All a size 9 and I'll admit they're a bit tight when new. They were perfect from day one. The photo is the reason I got them. I ordered them the next day. I'll never hurt my ankle again because crazy people beat me up!

Pros
- Ideal for all day cycling. Not waterproof but water repellent. Buy better laces, the ones that come with them are too thin.
Cons
- I usually wear 10.5. I ordered 10.5 - they were a bit too small. Well I ordered 11 - it feels less than 10.5. WTF
