I really wanted to like this pump set but something about it just didn't suit me. I didn't really like the three different modes because I couldn't figure out which mode to choose to get the most milk. There are three modes: massage, lactation and sucking. The pumps started massaging to get the milk flowing and then switched to sucking after 2 minutes. I liked it, but I pumped 20 minutes straight on suction mode and barely got half an ounce. I would then have to use a hand pump because I still felt full and then I would get my typical 2-4 oz. I'm sure it was user error but I've had engorgement more than once with these pumps so I returned them. I also didn't like that the mugs had so much detail.
