Super quiet, you don't even hear it until you turn it up to the highest setting and even then you can hear a faint hum. Lightweight and easy to move. This allows you to adjust the direction/height of the airflow. Fits easily on a windowsill. However, if you want to move a large amount of air, this is not a fan. I use it to gently move the air while working at my desk or in the kitchen.
