Works perfectly in a 10 year old car stereo with a USB port

I have an IR sauna at home that came with the car stereo for the sound system (yes, silly). It has a USB connection, so from time to time I would download some tunes onto a flash drive and play them or some bad terrestrial radio station. Thats much better! I just plug it into a USB port, plug it back into my phone and hang up my streaming apps. Easy to set up like any other Bluetooth device.

Okay, ez to set up and works. The down side is that the audio lags about 10 seconds behind.
