I have not used this product long enough to say it has long term efficacy. In terms of functionality, I can comment - Excellent.1. It tastes better than any whey protein I've ever tried2. It was mixed completely with a shaker leaving no lumps3. It had no harmful effect on my gastrointestinal tract + no bloating or anything like that. Overall, I am very surprised at how well this powder is made. At first I was skeptical, unhelpful and unpopular, but now I'll try other flavors and see if there are more elsewhere.
