Headphones worked perfectly. I've used them on countless Zoom and other conference calls. They were comfortable, the noise cancellation was good, I liked everything about them. Until they stop working. Unfortunately, after about four months, I had a short in the cable coming out of the USB port. Now they don't work at all. I haven't been too rough on them, although I have moved them around and plugged and unplugged them quite a bit. Now I'm torn between ordering another pair of these or trying something else.
