Review on 🔪 Fiskars 195240-1001 Titanium Easy Blade Change Rotary Cutter: Effortless Cutting with 45 mm Precision by Kristen Reid

This is the easiest circle cutter I have ever owned. The blade bounces up and down with the click of buttons (one is more like a toggle switch, but only to pull the blade out; there's a small button on one side that you press to reinsert the blade). You can unscrew one side of the blade retention mechanism to loosen it a bit, but be careful not to unscrew it too far or the blade won't actually come loose. I especially like the fact that you can switch the blade from one side to the other for left-handers like me! Changing blades is also easy.
