Looks good on my Ghost SquareCross. Much nicer quality than expected. Easy to install and tighten after I cut off the stock grips and cleaned the bars with rubbing alcohol. I work with motorcycles and bicycles and people often overtighten things and then complain about stripped or broken bolts/threads. Don't over-tighten (you can always tighten a little more if it gets loose). Use the small end of the hex wrench designed for your hand and the long end to actually tighten the hex bolt; This ensures that you don't have too much leverage.
