Review on ๐Ÿงฒ QuadPro Magnetic Travel Folding Educational Toy by James Hova

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great wearable set, I wasn't quite sure what to expect.

Great portable set I wasn't quite sure what to expect from foldable magnetic chess. I just wanted something that was easy to transport and still had a reasonable level of quality. flexible chess mats just didn't fit the bill. I'm happy to say it's well done with those considerations in mind. The pieces are small but not too small, difficult to handle. The magnet is strong enough to keep the pieces in place even when the board is upside down, but you can still easily arrange the pieces. You'll almost forget it's magnetized. The numbers and letters on the side are a great finishing touch for people learning the game. The only thing that could improve the situation would be if the board stayed "locked" in the open state. To keep the board level when you lift it, you need to lift it on each side. This should only be considered if you are playing on a very uneven surface, but again this does not affect the pieces as they stick well to the board at any angle. Just "nice to have" and don't deduct a star.
