Good cutting board on cutting boards

The cutting board has been oiled and waxed before first use. It's durable and loves being able to cut from all sides. By carving the roast onto it, it kept the meat from moving and the groves worked well to collect the juice. The ribs down the middle made it difficult to cut through, but there was no juice mess on my counter. Looks good, was easy to wash.
