The best part about this product, as a firefighter/paramedic is the ability to take pictures of hazardous conditions. They are able to upload them for documentation purposes. As well as the ability to see and access all my equipment at one point. I think the interface could use some more work. It could also use some major updates. Sometimes it's difficult to navigate on your own. Once you get familiar with, its great. Just make sure you have enough storage on your device. This is an easy way to keep records and communicate effectively with patients. It provides all of my personnel with one place for their plan updates, it's very user friendly which makes creating them easier than any other system I've used before (also saves SO much paper). The only issue we have had so far was some confusion at our dispatch center because they are not familiar yet but once everyone gets comfortable using this program there shouldn't anymore issues from what i can tell!
