I like how easy it was for me as an administrator of this program, to update my plan with new information from our training sessions. It also makes updating any changes or updates very quick! It's easy for my department, as it helps me keep track of all our incident activity at once without having to log each one individually which can get tedious if you have many incidents going on simultaneously!
