Despite my reluctance, I must report my unfortunate encounter with PAMBO. My anticipation of finding some superior patio furnishings in this web site was palpable. However, my encounter was not at all satisfying. This is why: Despite what is written above, I do not agree that PAMBO's items are of great quality. The items I purchased were of low quality and quickly broke down after receiving them. For the prices they ask, I would hope for higher quality. The limited selection of products was another source of dissatisfaction. The description makes it sound like they have everything a person might want for their garden, but when I went there I had a hard time finding what I needed. It was tedious and annoying. Despite my high expectations, PAMBO's customer service fell far short of my expectations. The representatives were uninformed and uninterested in helping me with my issues. It was obvious that they didn't value their clients. Last but not least, the delivery was so delayed that I had to wait longer than intended for my packages to arrive. I can appreciate that there could be holdups, but it was still annoying. The PAMBO store is not one I would suggest patronizing. Shipping times are long, customer service is rude, and the product quality is low. Don't waste your time here if you're looking for outdoor gear.
