I've been using this Yedi pressure cooker for two days now and have already thrown away the Oster rice cooker and slow cooker. Aside from being built like a tank and very easy to use, it's the swiss army knife of kitchen gadgets. Perfect poached or hard boiled eggs? No problem. Fishes? Very easy. Vegetables? While sleeping. Stew, chili, rice, quinoa, cheesecake. Do not make me laugh. The build quality is CRAZY. If a friend showed up at my apartment at midnight with a vial of stolen plutonium and had nowhere to hide it, I would lock him in this thing and get back to sleep. Everything is non-stick/easy to clean, intuitive and they are. I've thought about all of this - I'm not usually a fan of complicated things (I drive a 2000 Corolla and I love how simple and practical it is), but sometimes you just have to sit down and marvel at cutting-edge technology. Design and first-class technology. Speaking of miracles, I'm not sure what else to say other than that I wouldn't be surprised if this pressure cooker was designed and built in Wakanda because it looks and feels like it's made out of vibranium - it definitely is one. Pressure cooker that Captain America would use.
