Good, not perfect in Office Furniture and Lighting

Like. That's about what I expected, although I have to admit I don't want to do it again anytime soon. It took at least 2 hours as I had to take frequent breaks. So many small screws that were difficult to screw in and made my hands ache from the effort. Also, the assembly was so frustrating that I ended up noticing that the front of the top drawer was slightly warped (I lined it up perfectly with the holes provided) and was so happy that I had finished the assembly that I decided to not taking it apart to fix it. I don't feel the front panels on the drawers are very secure. They are held in place with a wooden peg (no glue to secure) and a metal rod that you screw into the faceplate and then use a rotating round piece of metal to grab the end of that rod from the side of the drawer. ... not sure if I described it correctly, but basically each side of the front is really only secured with a "screw" that isn't really tight. I think that everything will be fine and will last. But overall it doesn't seem that strong. The bottom drawer doesn't seem to close very well either, so I feel like I have to struggle to close it completely. - and if not, it always looks like it's slightly open. Visually, apart from the top drawer looking a bit crooked, it looks very nice. It's a bit lighter than I expected, so keep that in mind when trying to match the color of other furniture. It's kind of a "sand" color, a bit lighter but not too light. I would describe it as the dirty beach tree kind of thing. My table looks more like a medium sized painted wood so I'm a bit frustrated that they aren't closer, but it may be my fault for not paying more attention to the hue in the picture. If you can get it on sale I'd say it's a nice little box set. It's not very deep and only about 2.5ft tall, but if you need some storage in your office space and don't want to spend a lot of money on more than that, it's perfectly acceptable - as long as you don't take your time ( and patience) to assemble it.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Faded
