I have been in retail for 20 years. Any job, regardless of the position I held in the store, required physical labor. Loading and unloading for customers and factory loading. Also, I wasn't very smart about lifting boxes or caring about how much they weighed to determine if I needed help. I'm a male and I can damn it with help and nothing was too hard I couldn't get the job done. I've worked harder, not smarter. As I got older, work started to catch up with me. And I've been destroying my joints for years, so it would be ridiculous to imagine all the pain going away after a week of wearing. They don't roll, are flexible, provide support without interfering with movement. I wear them every day now. I hope after a while they give my elbow the support it needs when lifting so I can heal and not have to wear them when I'm not working.
