I have an Apple Watch and as any AW owner knows, HRM is a complete mess when you're doing any kind of intense workout. This should solve that problem, but this HRM has all the same disadvantages as the AW. During intense activity it usually jumps from 135 (about right) to 57 (I have to be in REM to get to 57) and often just stops recording entirely. I emailed support and never got a reply. I've tried the tape in several places on my arm and in different tensions, but always the same lousy result. I came to the sad conclusion that this is not the best choice for me, not a buy recommendation.
