Review on 🔶 ODISTAR Hexagon Wall Light: Colorful Remote-Controlled Modular LED Lights for Smart Bedroom and Living Room Decoration (6-Pack) by Aries Reed

I will upload photos and a short video shortly. They look really cool, they're bright, pretty easy to use, semi-decent quality for the price, and best of all, they're significantly cheaper than the extremely expensive Nanoleaf bulbs. However, a product is only as good as its functionality for its intended purpose. Unfortunately, there are some BIG functionality issues. Here are the biggest problems I've encountered. 1) The general build quality is decent, but the method of connecting the hex bulbs is absolutely terrible. Each set contains special USB connectors in the form of printed circuit boards. They are rigid and don't fit well into standard USB-A ports, leaving the electrical connection very weak. This bad connection is one of the biggest problems. 2) 6 USB-A ports on each flashlight is also problematic. Many of them don't fit the plastic cutout properly and are completely useless. This is also made worse by the poor design of the custom USB ports from #1.3). The plastic connectors that hold the lights together don't work very well and break too easily. 4) It is extremely difficult to make a good electrical connection from light fixture to light fixture due to bad USB connectors, bad USB connectors and plastic connectors. In my experience I wouldn't be able to touch or move them IF I could get them to work together. Otherwise, some indicators will flash or go out completely. 5) Out of the 12 indicators, 4 had LEDs that didn't show the same colors as the rest. Some colors were more visible than others, but a red LED when all else is white is VERY noticeable. 6) Not all 12 lights show the same color, some colors had different shades. 7) Some light sources were brighter than others. 8) Sometimes one of the lights would randomly change color for no reason. They also started flickering erratically 9) The touch functions didn't always work and if you touch them you risk destroying the electrical connection. 11) The remote didn't work very well, or maybe the light just didn't pick up the signal very well. I will update this review if anything changes. , but right now I wouldn't recommend buying these flashlights for anything other than pure novelty.
