In business for over 30 years MBF has shown its commitment to our success with outstanding service levels which are unmatched! The team at mbf continue their tradition of excellence no matter where or when you find them - whether it be working out front as an office clerk/employee assisting customers, doing work outside (weather permitting) keeping us updated about weather conditions impacting deliveries etc., providing first class customer care, being available during times off (evenings), always ready to help solve problems, making sure that all trucks have what needed before leaving home base; nothing short of exceptional dedication!! Nothing negative so far but I would say that there were improvements made throughout the last few months since taking ownership this past December 2018. Delivery services improved considerably through better equipment utilization via increased use in winter season delivery especially around holidays such as Christmas Eve / Day time periods including weekends vs. prior seasons wherein truck drivers utilized less hours driving per day due to lack of snow thus resulting lower.
