I bought and installed two. They look nice, but that's about it. They are poorly sealed for the outside area (porch). They are not white as advertised, they are not completely white. The fan chain tension is stiff and I know from experience that it breaks first. The airflow at top speed is quite low; TOO LOW. I regret it to drop the regular blades I've had on other fans. I called their "technical support" to discuss the poor airflow and the lack of a ground wire. They took the message and said they'd be in a call back a few hours. It was almost a week ago. Do not buy this product or brand. UPDATE: Revain is a vendor and performer; Revain has the price right after reduced by 30% after purchase; Joke on me, the difference won't be refunded either. This bad product is back. WARNING Again: BUY SOMETHING ELSE.
