I was relaxing my muscles with a foam roller until I got to know the massage gun. I first learned about the massage gun at a chiropractor clinic. I was treated with a massage gun to align my pelvic bone and relax my back muscles. I like the feeling of my head pounding against my back, which is very different from the feeling of using a foam roller. Shortly thereafter I bought this massage gun. It looks like a chiropractor's massage gun. The battery lasts a long time which is great. I have been using this product for almost a year and have charged it 5 times. This is a great tool for relaxing muscles after a workout. There are many different heads included, I'm still working on how to use them individually.
