Review on Logitech H540 USB Headset: High Performance for Windows and Mac, Skype Certified by Beth Collins

This item does not work with my Dell XPS 8700. I have reinstalled the drivers in all locations in the 'Device Manager' for sound and for all USB root hubs, ran sfc scannow as administrator , ran the troubleshooter in the Settings app and tried all USB ports, front, top and back. I also tried reinstalling the files on System32 in case they got corrupted but was told to go to the original manufacturer's installer. Note that this headset works with my Asus Zenbook, but I have a travel headset for this. Hence my 2 stars for the misappropriation. This headset might be perfect for someone with a different system.
