Changed over to the Honor Band 6 with the MI-FIT3 (the latter just died). The Honor, of course, is considerably more convenient and pleasant than the Xiaomi (which was continuously unbuttoned; there is no such thing here), the screen is also significantly more informative, it counts steps an order of magnitude better, and there are no issues with alerts. Notifications are, generally speaking, of the utmost significance to me; as a result, the inclusion of this feature is quite welcome. The battery life is approximately two weeks (this is with continuous monitoring of heart rate and sleep quality), which is not as good as the battery life of an older Xiaomi model with a black-and-white display, but it is excellent in comparison to the battery life of analogues. I'm not really qualified to comment on training programs since although they exist, it's difficult for me to judge how good they are (because I'm with sports on you), but I can say that I would find it helpful to participate in a swimming program that focuses on open water swimming (there is only for a pool with a fixed length).
