Review on Crayonte by Jeremy Black

The customer service is amazing! They always have someone available who can help you out no matter what time it may be or where around the world your request comes from. I am currently using them as my CRM tool which helps me manage all leads/customers at once through one platform. Their support team has been great so far but sometimes there's nothing much more than just having an issue resolved quickly when something goes wrong. It would definitely benefit if you could ask questions online instead of calling up everytime since this makes things easier especially during off hours (i'm living overseas). You should try them out first before deciding whether to use them or not. Great product - good price point- really easy integration process compared to other providers out here. My main purpose was integrating Salesforce into another system so everything will appear under 1 roof without any hassle.
