Review on 🔧 NEIKO 01925A Screw Extractor and Left Hand Drill Bit Set: 10 Piece, Cobalt HSS Drill Bits, Alloy Extractors in Clear Color by Davon Clark

Pulling out tons of soft metal screws in my current project. All of the heads are cruciform, and I've made at least 50 of these by cutting through the head with a brown cutter wheel using a dremel. Not strengthened, but simple, brittle, brown. These screws are SOFT and I have to dig deep in the dremel to hook anything. I figured a cheap set of extractors would do. I was wrong. I can't even push these screws in with the included bit. Yes I know they are reverse threaded. They work so badly that I tested them several times. You simply turn and polish the screw where they meet. Not a single chip comes out. I can "drill" better with a Phillips head in my drill than with these bits. Also, they don't even feel sharp - rounded edges on the front and back of the bits which I haven't used yet. This is hot junk. I returned to the Dremel. I might try one of my port right cargo attachments to see how a real extractor works, but I'm not very hopeful.
