They came exactly as described and I would definitely buy them again. I haven't gotten a chance to use any yet so I can't judge the quality of the product but there were plenty in the wheel and they look great, I'm excited to use them! I didn't take the time to count them all out (they were so cheap it's not even worth it to me) but there is definitely close to 500-600 pieces.
