Can't see through the blue

We bought this to hold the crabs. The tank itself is fine, but it's hard to tell what kind of animal is inside through the blue plastic. If you plan to constantly remove the lid and look from above, then everything is fine. Otherwise I wouldn't buy it, especially if you put other darker objects in it (rocks, houses, etc.).
